A former head baker for the popular Food Network show Ace of Cakes (under Duff Goldman), Lauren spent years perfecting her craft in high-pressure, professional kitchens. She later ran a successful healthy meal delivery service in Malibu, California, where she discovered her true passion: helping families eat well without stress.
Originally from Montreal, Lauren now calls Austin, Texas home, where she lives with her two children. Her philosophy is simple: food is energy, food is information, and it should taste absolutely delicious.
