Welcome to Lauren’s Meal Prep (the “Service”), operated at laurensmealprep.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

The Service

Lauren’s Meal Prep provides chef-curated weekly dinner plans, grocery lists, cooking schedules, recipe saving, and related content. We may add, change, or remove features as the Service evolves.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account.

Plans & billing

During beta, the Service is offered as a single paid plan (currently $9.99 per month after a 7-day free trial). Current pricing is shown on our home page. We collect payment details at the start of the trial and will charge the monthly fee only if you do not cancel before the trial ends. We will never charge you without your clear consent to a paid plan. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period (or immediately during a free trial so you are not charged).

Food, allergy & health disclaimer

Recipes, meal plans, and dietary tags (including allergy and diet labels) are provided for general informational purposes only. They are not medical or nutritional advice. Always check ingredient labels and verify recipes yourself if you or anyone in your household has a food allergy, intolerance, or medical dietary requirement, and consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation. You are responsible for safe food handling and preparation in your own kitchen.

Your content

You keep ownership of the recipes and other content you save to the Service. You grant us the limited license needed to store and display that content back to you as part of operating the Service.

Our content

The Service’s recipes, meal plans, text, and design are owned by us or our licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Don’t resell, redistribute, or scrape the Service’s content.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service, including attempting to access other users’ data, interfering with the Service’s operation, or using it for anything unlawful.

Third-party links

The Service links to recipes on other websites and embeds YouTube videos. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can stop using the Service or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, when appropriate, notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
